Kitchen Boy Update

I wanted to let you all know that I am working hard on an article about cookware. I am doing exhaustive research and pouring over this information is taking some time. I want to cover the various materials, all inclusive, how they are presented and sold and what benefits each can provide. Some information is missing on certain materials and I need to gather “new” data to properly categorize the whole spectrum of materials. In a follow-up article, I will deal with the various shapes, sizes and types of pans. In this second part, I will also talk about sets versus “a-la-carte” collections. Later still, I will deal with the controversies surrounding various surfaces so we can make sure to poison ourselves, cause cancer and get Alzheimer’s all in one meal! 
So please be patient and I will have part one of this article as soon as I can.
