Kitchen Boy Update
OK new update! I have written and rewritten this cookware article 3 times now. I like where it is at now and am about 75% done. I did some pretty thorough research and reworked the format. I will cover the various materials, all inclusive, how they are presented and sold and what benefits each can provide.
In a follow-up article, I will deal with the various shapes, sizes and types of pans. In this second part, I will also talk about sets versus “a-la-carte” collections.
And later still, I will deal with the controversies surrounding various surfaces so we can make sure to poison ourselves, cause cancer and get Alzheimer’s all in one meal!
